Veterans Day
Veterans Day is specifically observed on November 11th for a reason. Originally called Armistice Day, it was to commemorate the end of World War 1 and memorialize the exact time the guns on the Western Front fell silent at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. In 1954, the name was changed to Veterans Day in honor of all U.S. wars and veterans who served in our military.
CRI sends a special “thank you” to all our veterans.
